Summary
Kiryu’s eyes widen, but he doesn't immediately protest. He seems to quickly realize that this could be part of the game that he and Majima have been playing with each other for years, if he really wants it to be. Yeah, the guy’s basically on death’s doorstep but that wouldn’t ever stop him from rising to meet a challenge. He and Majima are both afflicted with this particular strain of stupidity.
Sure enough, he yields to Majima after a beat passes and closes his lips around the digits in his mouth. It’s obvious he’s struggling to breathe through his congested nose but he starts to lightly suck anyway.
“That’s good Kiryu-chan. Eat yer medicine.”
Kiryu is sick and Majima gets weird about it.

Summary
He says nothing. No joyful cacophony of laughter, no biting insults. He says nothing as he strokes the blade of his dagger against the fibers of Kiryu's skin and slices him open.
The cut isn't deep, but it bleeds. Majima hears Kiryu's hiss of pain but it means very little to him at the moment. Kiryu is strength personified, he's alive, he's here. And he's going to relish whatever Majima dishes out for him.

“You're too good at that. I was going to bust too soon if you kept going.”
And that's absolutely the truth, but it's not the whole truth. The whole truth is that cumming down your bro's throat while sobbing because you're too fucking sick in love is not a look Nishiki wants to wear right now. If asked, he could lie and say his tearful response was spurned on solely by pleasure, but Kiryu isn't a total dumbass and he already spends enough time worrying on behalf of others. He spent so much of their childhood looking after Nishiki, talking him down from panic attacks in that calm, near-detached voice of his, drying the tears off his burning cheeks, holding him through nightmares and thunderstorms when they were small enough to fit in the same bed. Nishiki can brave nightmares and thunderstorms on his own now, but he's never going to stop needing Kiryu. He's never found the words to tell his friend the depths of his feelings, though, so he just resigns himself to crying about it instead. Preferably alone and not right in front of the object of his agony.

Summary
Kyojuro either laughs or sobs, Akaza can't tell for certain. The raucous sound is dripping with desperation, and that's what propels the demon forward, what makes him bend down so that he's level with where Kyojuro's heart pounds wildly behind a cage of bones and veins and viscera.
“Let me know if this hurts.”

“Yumi Sawamura,” Seonhee replied matter-of-factly. “Dead for nearly twenty years.”
Silence fell around the table as they all considered this new angle. If they were talking about any other guy Seonhee would have suggested finding him a pretty girl who’d show him a good time. [...] But she knew it just wouldn’t work. It’s not that Kiryu-san didn’t appreciate beautiful women; he just wasn’t a man who’d fall head over heels for one so quickly. It was a quality she admired about him, and which, at the same time, annoyed her to no end. The man was immovable like a mountain.
“There had to be someone else,” Saeko said. “You don’t really believe Kiryu-san didn’t even have a crush on anyone after Yumi died, do you?”

“You’re doing it again,” Kasuga said, towel wrapped around his waist, hair still damp. The Hawaii sun has been doing wonders to him. A nice deep tan, the slightest hint of freckles around his nose. Compared to how sickly Kiryu felt sometimes with his hair silver and face sunken in he thought it was ironic. In some ways Kasuga was the complete opposite of him. He was shining brighter now than he ever had in his life, while Kiryu's flame was already barely hanging on.
“Doing what?”
“Thinking way too much. You furrow your brows like you are going to war or something,” Kasuga said, making his point clear by kissing the same spot again.
~It's not easy for Kiryu to accept that he doesn't have to be completely alone for the rest of his life

Summary
Eric Tomizawa has been working for the Yamai Syndicate for a while now, walking a tightrope act between trying to remain true to himself and his new life of crime. With the syndicate's boss having taken a special liking to him, he finds himself dragged into plenty of 'business' he'd rather not get involved with, but with his financial dependence on the gang, he doesn't always get a choice.
A 'perfectly normal' meeting in a sauna takes an unexpected turn when Tomizawa passes out due to a heatstroke, and reawakens in a luxurious hotel room. Everyone else has long left, but his boss Yamai wants to personally make sure he's recovering well - and decides to spend the night there with him, whether he wants to or not.
[Note: Takes place before the events of the game. Refers to some background info revealed during Tomizawa's Drink Links.]
