Kaeya is simply too pretty to be left to his own devices, begging Albedo and yourself to use the drug on him cause he wants to know how it felt. He didn't exactly state that he wanted the two of you to do anything about it once he drank the aphrodisiac.
Or, Kaeya watches his lovers go at it as he suffers, maybe if he begs he'll get to join in on the fun.

Pushing away his work in frustration of a failed chemical reaction Albedo slid a hand through his already tossed hair as an attempt to brush his bangs out of his view and sighed, "I am simply requesting that the two of you experiment with aphrodisiacs on my body," He reaches a hand into one of his jacket pockets and pulls out two small bottles that held transparent liquid and passed them to the two of you. "I've gotten a new sample from an unidentified flower that came from Inazuma, I have been warned by the dealer that it can cause sexual reactions and became interested in the effects. Thus, I leave it up to the two of you to simply use it on me when I'm not aware as I believe it will deal different reactions unnoticed."
Reaching for the bottle you swish the liquid around and meet gazes with Kaeya who was equally as interested in this experiment as you.

The sounds of different pokemon flew into Gloria's ears as she brushed her fingers through Hops hair. The calming wind caressed her brown hair as she hummed a little tune she heard when she traveled through different towns in Galar. She never thought that just being with Hop and the sounds of nature could be so comforting to her, though she also never thought that she would fall in love with the very person snoozing off on her lap, so she isn't surprised at this outcome.
