Will knew what had happened. He knew exactly how Abigail's ear had gotten into him, who had shoved it down his throat. He also knew that trying to indicate Hannibal as a killer again was futile. Jack seemed to want to believe him, going by the conversation in the BSHCI's visitor hall, but Jack needed something concrete, evidence. Hannibal had eluded capture for so long, he wasn't going to start leaving fingerprints or hairs at his crime scenes now.
No, Will was going to deal with Hannibal Lecter on his own terms. The man deserved to reap what he'd so carefully sowed, didn't he? He deserved to experience what he'd coaxed forth from the bottom of Will's soul, to see the result of his machinations.

Rick's life is a mess. He's juggling a moody fifteen year old and a toddler after Lori leaves him for Shane. On a night out to blow off steam with Daryl, Rick catches a glimpse of a dark stranger, and blames the attraction on the alcohol.
Until Carl has baseball tryouts.
"What the shit?! No seriously, tell me what the shit! Is your grandfather part tortoise, Anderson?"
There is no fucking way...
Rick already knows his ears haven't deceived him when he looks toward the dugout, spotting the man he had seen at the bar the week prior. Gone now is the leather jacket, replaced with a plain white t-shirt. He can see the man's brain working on a new string of colorful insults to hurl at Ron Anderson, who apparently isn't rounding the bases fast enough. Carl pulls Rick out of his stunned silence. "I've heard the new coach is a dick."
Rick is still shaking off his shock when he half-heartedly chastises Carl for his language. His legs feel like lead as he approaches the dugout, and he sees the exact second the coach spots them.
"Well hello there."
Rick's knees almost buckle.

Summary
Even before the world ended there weren't many Alphas and Omegas, and there were even less now.
Rick has been on suppressants all his life, and not a single person in his life cares that he is an Omega. But all searches for suppressants have come up empty handed and he has to face that there probably aren't anymore and he will have to deal with his heats. However, without an Alpha to "help" him through it, the heat will last too long, too much time lost when he needs to spend every moment trying to scavenge supplies. Unfortunately, because of the saviors rules there are no alphas in Alexandria. No alphas allowed anywhere, except for one.
Negan.
Rick is desperate and doesn't see many options. Besides, what's one more humiliation added on to the pile?
Negan is entertained by it, who wouldn't be. And if it gives him more power over Rick, well that is great too.What could go wrong?
I altered canon a bit, especially about who Negan killed. Still Abraham (who was an Alpha) but the other person was an Alexandrian (also an Alpha) since the Saviors don't allow any alphas to live. So Glenn is alive, it's been a few months, and things are less tense than on the show.
