Summary
Steve wants to buy some weed after Nancy breaks it off with him at the Halloween Party, Eddie makes him prove he's not a narc.

“Sure, sure but since you’ve never come and bought from me before you’re going to have to prove you want it so I know you aren't a narc.” Eddie’s voice lowers on the last part, arm tightening around his neck, tugging him a little closer, not that there is much space left between them.
“How exactly am I supposed to do that?” Steve turns and eyes Eddie suspiciously he knows when he is being led toward something he just does not know the end game here.
“You give me a hand job.” Eddie grins, the words falling out of his mouth so casually it takes Steve a minute to process them.
