Summary
Stan was having a terrible night. He went to a bar to drink his sorrows away, ended up getting drugged, and had his car stolen. With only a few cents in his pocket and no other options, Stan decides to do what he normally does when he’s having a particularly rough time: he calls his brother. But in his drugged state, he forgets his usual routine of staying silent.
Stan ends up spilling a few things he would never say sober. It turns out that just might be for the better though.

Summary
Looking back, it was easy to see that the red flags had been there the whole time, and Stan had just been excusing them.
It had started with a postcard.
“Please, come.”
It had continued with a request.
“Please, stay.”
It had ended with a resolute declaration.
“Please, don’t ever think I’ll allow you to leave.”
Or, in a universe where Ford is a little more firmly under Bill’s sway—and a little more crazy because of him—he doesn’t feel betrayed and decide to hide his journals. But he does still invite Stan up. And then he makes sure Stan can never leave him again.

Summary
After a video call with the kids brings up Globnar, Stan would like to know what on earth (or off it) Ford could have used a Time Wish for without actually solving any of the problems Stan already knows about.
Ford would really like to not talk about it.
The conversation doesn't really go the way either of them expected (mostly for the better, though).
