Kojiro and Kaoru have not been dating even remotely long enough to make it okay that Kojiro's away in Korea taping a cooking competition audition on Kauru's birthday, but alas.
Kaoru's alone, newly 27, and stewing horrendously in yesterday's yukata and his own self pity when he breaks into the box in the fridge Kojiro had specifically told him to not open til he's back, it's a surprise, and...surprise. It's a homemade birthday cake, the kind Kaoru'd always asked his mom for growing up and never received.
Unbeknownst to Kojiro, he's coming home (early, of course) to a boyfriend who just received the thing he'd longed for his entire neglected childhood. And Kojiro made that thing. Without any idea what it would mean. Which is very them, when you think about it.

“Well?” Kaoru said, and it came out more bluntly than he’d intended. “Are we doing this?”
“It’s a really small space,” Kojiro said, still not looking at him.
“Oh. I get it. You’re afraid your overgrown gorilla body won’t fit in there, aren’t you? Well, I can assure you that although my closet is a bit small, two people will not be too much for it.”
A small party is held at Kaoru’s apartment for Christmas—courtesy of Kojiro, Hiromi, and the kids. It seems to be a perfectly normal occasion until the group begins playing Truth or Dare, which leads to Kaoru receiving a questionable dare from Reki. It’s a dare that requires him to stay inside a closet for seven minutes with none other than Kojiro. Things take a turn when Kaoru discovers that the feelings he’s kept hidden deep down are not as unrequited as he’d originally thought.

Summary
Harry Potter is a child fashion designer prodigy. His designer talents started at age 5 when he made his first dress for his Aunt Petunia using recycled fabric, her sewing machine (Petunia assisted), and a dressmaker dummy made from an old pillow. From there, and encouraged by his aunt, he took sewing and draping classes whenever possible after school or on the weekends. At age 8, he held his first collection show where he sold a number of his outfits to some wealthy celebrities.
This story is set during modern times; school starts 1 September 2021, Harry’s come to Hogwarts to learn magic but what he discovers isn’t living up to the hype. Very little in Magical Britain has changed from the turn of the last century (1900s)! Hogwarts especially is old and decrepit once you look past the initial shine. Bigotry runs rampant, bullies practically run the school when the teachers aren’t looking (or are ignoring.)
Harry reaches out to his aunt hoping that she’ll find him another school. This one letter starts unraveling some fraying threads…

Summary
Harry Potter is more cunning and aware of who he is as well as what he means to British Magical Society thanks to his Aunt Petunia who vowed revenge against all those who conspired indirectly or otherwise to take her baby sister away from her which ultimately led to Lily's death. Petunia raises Harry to be clever and careful about his interactions in the magical world. On a whim during shopping for his school supplies, Harry discovers that the sweetshop has a Chocolate Frog Card with his name and picture on it! He shows it to his aunt with the idea that if they could figure out a way to link all of the other cards with his likeness together, they would have an incredible spy network to eavesdrop on the magical population.
