As much as he wanted to be mad that Adam did this, in the quiet morning light with no one around but them, Reki could quietly admit that enjoyed every second of it, a secret part of him wanting nothing more than to stay like this with Adam, who let out soft growls, completely unaware that he was still calling for Reki after everything. Then again, Reki had no one to blame but himself, especially when he thought back to all those years ago, the subtle scent of winter approaching reminding Reki that if it wasn’t for that terrible storm, maybe none of this would’ve happened…
