    “Go away,” Jason mumbled into his pillow. He felt himself being pulled back into sleep when he was rudely interrupted by a small voice.

    “Akhi, wake up.”

    He groggily opened his eyes to the sight of Damian (son of the bat and heir to the demon head, as he so often reminded him) standing on the side of the bed. Something about the way he was holding himself reminded Jason of their league days, when Damian was smaller and depended on him for more.

    “Hey Dames. B make you mad again?”

    "Not necessarily.” He looked down, his haughty tone softening. “I threw up.”

     

    Damian gets the flu and goes to his brother for comfort. The rest of the family freaks out because
    A) Damian didn't tell them before he left
    B) They thought Jason was dead
