“Yes, yes, Percy. It’s a wonderfully crafted bust of my great grandfather,” said Dr. Martinson. “And you—” he pointed at Caterpillar, “ought to remember that!”
Not to be outdone, Caterpillar brought himself up to his full height, likely about a good 5’ 5”, Percy figured, and proceeded to make things worse. “My mother, a war goddess herself, will shield me from the wrath of Mars. Would Mars do the same for you?”
Dr. Martinson let out a cry of rage and wound up to throw the coffee pot. Percy cursed under his breath in Ancient Greek and dove between them.
“Alright, that’s enough,” he said. “Something’s wrong with that bust.”

Percy has ✨️trauma✨️ after HoO and gets help.
Its a really good exploration of Percy's psych post quest. I really wish there was a sequel showing how this version of Percy would handle life post-HoO. (Also, I prefer this version of the Gods) -
