This is so good! This is so good. This. Is. So. Good.In the multitude of universes where the love between Alex and Henry exists, this one feels right. Like the true representation of their love; not based entirely on their lust and attraction for each other ( although, of course their lust and attraction for each other does naturally exists, how could it not?) but based on the unstoppable love they have for each other, tried and true, soft and tender like Henry's gentle kiss on Alex's shoulder; no need for indulgence or exaggeration because it's felt, it's known, unmistakable and undeniable. Here it's about their courtship, their growth together, measured and steady, against the prying eyes of an outside world that clamors for a taste of their privacy, their love, their destined future together. They share a little, but it's on their own terms, under their control, and keep their most treasured parts for themselves.
I love them here. This is a beautiful universe for them. Thank you for giving this to them. I think it's safe to say we're all happy and grateful to have experienced this with them. -

Well goddamn! I was halfway through this and knew I waw going to leave a comment about "this here is a perfect example of why I don't like reading one chapter stories, because I'll inevitably run across one so goddamned good it will only leave me desperately yearning for more!". It is to my great delight to find that you have indeed decided to expand on this intoxicating story and I do not have to do the begging and beseeching I had planned to do to get more of this! But if it will give you more incentive then it is with profound desire for more than I humbly beg and beseech you for as much of an expansion upon this story as you can squeeze out of your creative juices! This is so goddamned good it would be a tragedy to not give us what we all want! More! We will be waiting with bated breath to learn more about the love of Alex and Henry in this AU. I'm so excited and eager to read the rest of your creation! Congrations, you've got yourself a bona fide hit! A goddamned winner!
(Important sidenote: please do not feel pressured to rush it and have it's energy diluted. I've come across works that feel rushed towards the end because of comments or demands from readers and the story ends up fizzling. Take your time and flush it out with the same energy and care that you've begun with; the same energy and care that it and Alex/Henry deserve. We will be here when you are ready.)

Gaawwwddd! This whole story was so damn beautiful! I laughed, I cried, I gasped, I gagged, and I damn near choked on my food when you-know-who walked through the door! This was so well done! I loved every bit of it. So heartwarming and this epilogue is fucking epic! It delivered everything I wanted and gave me everything I didn't know I needed! You wrapped this up so well; I'm still smiling and basking in the warm afterglow of all this love story! I love them in this universe! Well done! Well done indeed!
