“Wei Ying, you’re sick,” Lan Zhan frowns, “go back to sleep.”
“No, it’s okay, Lan Zhan. I still have so much paperwork to finish because I didn’t finish three reports from yesterday’s missions,” Wei Ying sneezes.
“It’ll be there tomorrow,” Lan Zhan says with furrowed eyebrows, already ushering Wei Ying back to their shared room.
“Just give me some of the Tylenol–”
“I will call your work and let them know you can’t come in,” Lan Zhan insists.
“No, I can go,” As if the world was mocking him, he goes into a coughing fit.
Lan Zhan glares at him, and it almost frightens him with how sharp the look is. He hasn’t seen it since the beginning of their relationship, and wow, Wei Wuxian has such a hot husband.

Summary
It takes finding out about what happened during the Void Century, what Joy Boy had done, to know that the World Government was planning on screwing them over. Luffy, now crowned Pirate King isn't about to let that happen. Least of all when he finds out what he can do with his fruit. He'll do the same thing Joy Boy did, go back and make sure the carefully laid plans are fucked up in every possible scenario. They'll never see them coming, and he's going to enjoy the chaos that will bring. They know what is going on and they know how to lure them out and deal with them before they can act.
