Summary
Mu Qing continuously paced around his bedroom in Xuan Zhen Palace, his mind all over the place. He still wasn't sure how to cover it up, as nothing really would.
The deep, dark black shackle crawled around his wrist, and he was unable to do anything about it. The pulsing pain of his wrist stretched out in his arm from his fingers to his forearms. He had the mark for around a week now, it never hurt any less. It was a constant state of pain.
Mu Qing's fingers twitched, annoyed as the familiar knocking pattern sounded on the other side of his private bedroom chambers.

That little girl—no older than eight—had to be his daughter, right? Mori wasn’t a very sarcastic man, but he over stepped a boundary and was quite rude. This was just a more civil way to call out Fukuzawa for being out of line! Mori wasn’t some pedophile… right?
“Ah, that type of response hurts me the most!” Mori cowered at Fukuzawa’s assumption. Shocking Fukuzawa and filling him with concern for this young girl; “What is this man to you?” Fukuzawa spends no time asking. The young girl swiftly responds almost too heartily, “A lolicon pervert!” Way too calm for a normal girl.
“Right, I’ll call the police now.” Fukuzawa reassured. It didn’t matter to him that Mori just made an alliance, the only thing that mattered to him was this poor girls safety. He had a young child at home too, and would NEVER think of him in any lude way.

"Where the hell is it?!"
Ranpo was digging through every drawer on his desk. He had emptied every item in his pockets onto the floor (mostly candy wrappers) and pushed every loose file or newspaper off his desk. Dazai and Atsushi quickly exchanged glances, almost as if they were silently fighting over who would say something. The members of the agency knew better than to try to reason when Ranpo was upset like this as it tended to just make things much worse.
Ranpo's glasses were his most prized possession, and now they're just. . . gone. The agency and Poe attempt to fix the situation.
Basically Ranpo overthinking and disregarding his own emotions.
