Despite being married to a woman and having two children Night Light was a gay stallion, a gay stallion who has never had a coltfriend or even been kissed by someone who wasn't his wife.
One day he decides that he'll make up some excuse to go to marehatten finally go to a new gay bar called "The Buck Shack". The only thing holding him back is inexperience and mass amounts of guilt.

The whole town knows and loves the Apple family, their family are like local celebrities, all aside from one. Nopony outside of the family really talks to Big Mac, he's only seen in town for holidays or cider season, which is a shame as many of the mares in town would love nothing more then to see him more often.
Mabey he'll even be able to find a date, if only him and his family were able to overcome the grief that follows them this time of the year.
