Summary
Izzy has resumed his song. The crew listen, swaying in time to the music. As it reaches its crescendo, the crew cheer, and begin singing along. Together, the crew sing the final bars.
He stands uncertainly, waiting for the moment to break and everything to return to how it was. Instead, someone in the crew, his crew, calls out “Again!” The crew begin to chant. “One more song, one more song!” He survived, and now he’s home.
Izzy’s face splits into a grin. He raises his arms, triumphant, and responds, “I’ve got one more song!”

It’s been close to, but not exactly, a year. Stede has just finished storytime, and is talking quietly with Roach about what they’ll need for the resupply. Izzy leans against a barrel, eyes closed and leg stretched out comfortably...
