Summary
(Go read the first part of this series, “The Marine Hunter’s Little Girl Kingling”, so everything can make sense.) (Also, not all the tagged relationships will Luffy will be endgame, It is her love interests for the fic.)
All of the members of the previous King’s crew (if alive, and if not alive buried with it) has an article of the late pirate King, Gol D. Roger. Jewelry, sashes, captain's jacket, etc, etc, etc, and if one of the members of the previous King’s crew nominates you to be King, they will crown you with that article of whatever they have. But the most important crown that you could be crowned with is Roger’s straw hat, his crown of straw.
Luffy was not only nominated once but twice, and she was given the most important article of them all, Roger’s straw hat, his crown of straw. The Yonko, Red Hair Shanks was the first one to crown her with the crown of straw at the age of four, and the Second person to crown her was Dracule "Hawk Eyes" Mihawk, giving her the late pirate King’s Gold chain necklace. When she was crowned for the second time by Mihawk she was six.

Aunque rara vez se expresa en voz alta, es una verdad conocida por todos que los hijos de los Yonkō siempre son sinónimo de 'migraña' para el Gobierno Mundial.
Los Marines no pueden perseguirlos como a otros criminales. A menudo, los hijos heredan las peores características de sus progenitores. Además de todo esto, en muchas ocasiones se cumple la siguiente regla: aunque los hijos igualen o superen a sus padres en poder, los vínculos de manada les imposibilitan rebelarse contra ellos.
Cuando para sorpresa de muchos Akagami no Shanks se convierte en Yonkō, siendo coronado con el título de 'El Omega más fuerte de los mares', muchos tiemblan ante la posibilidad de que haya tenido hijos en secreto.
Como se hizo con otros Yonkō antes que él, los Marines llevan a cabo una investigación exhaustiva sobre Shanks.
¿Qué resultados obtienen? Nada nuevo.
Finalmente se concluye que Shanks es un Omega desvinculado sin otros vínculos que no sean los de sus propios nakamas. También dan por verídico el rumor de que es un Omega estéril.
Sólo unos pocos están al tanto del mayor tesoro del pirata, y su más grande secreto, conformado por una niña y un niño: sus cachorros, Monkey D. Uta y Monkey D. Luffy.

Summary
Koby’s fist connects with the ground where Luffy was, and it cracks and shatters, sending pavers flying and leaving a massive crater in its wake.
He rises to his feet, shaking the dirt off his knuckles. He looks over in time to see Luffy open an umbrella to protect himself from the falling debris. It does a surprisingly good job for being so small.
“Wait what th– WHERE DID YOU EVEN GET THAT?!” Koby shouts incredulously.
Luffy looks up at the little frog themed umbrella and shrugs. “Dunno. I needed it and it was there!”
He hums and shuts the umbrella, tossing it over his shoulder. The sound of a frog croaking comes from where it landed, and the umbrella hops off. Koby’s jaw drops to the ground. Literally. And Koby screams as soon as he realizes it. His jaw shuts back with a click and he covers his mouth with both hands, looking down in fear. Is it broken? He opens and closes his mouth a few times to test.
Nope, his jaw is just fine. Only a little sore from where Luffy punched him earlier.
“Did I hit my head when I landed?” Koby mutters, bewildered.
