Summary
Dean Winchester has done it again. He's gotten himself in over his head, and this time it's really going to kill him. He started domming for a bright young college student and he can barely keep his feelings in check. Dean can't decide if it's worse to be aching every time Cas leaves, or if it would be worse to just cut himself off completely and tell Cas they've got to stop.
Dean has a choice: tell Cas he's in love with him probably freak him out, or just be selfish and take what he can get. Either way, Dean knows he's going to fuck it up somehow, because he can never have what he really wants. -

It seems like Castiel can't mess up any more than he already has. He's been removed from the last available foster home and is sent to Sioux Falls Home for Boys in a last-ditch effort to keep him out of trouble. Cas doesn't have high expectations, because he's been the problem child for as long as he can remember. He's ready to be as tough as ever to live through the rest of his teenaged years in the system.

Subscibe to the series, I have a lot of simple, short, fluffy things to write! These are not timestamps, as many will have flashbacks/recall the past. Hello – it’s Castiel. This must all seem very confusing, and I’m sorry for that. Dean says to tell you that this isn’t some kind of ‘time-travel stunt’, although I’m sure that won’t be your first thought. I know it wasn’t mine. I’ve told Dean to leave now, as this is my notebook and I want everything in it to come from me – or rather, from you. I know you think it's the fifteenth of January, 2010, but it isn't. At the time of my writing this, the date is the fourth of October, 2013. Dean Winchester is your boyfriend of a year and a half, and you no longer work at the library, and in early 2010 you were hit by a car and hospitalised. I’m sorry.

Dean had it all mapped out. He’d start his degree in Religious Studies at community college, finish it at his state university, then come right back home once he graduated. He’d prove to his father that he was a good son by making himself an educated future pastor, and by resisting any and all sinful urges that festered in college campuses.

Summary
Dean Winchester is convinced that Chuck won. After all, what else could explain the fact that him and Cas have been avoiding each other and have never discussed Castiel's dying confession?
In typical Winchester fashion, the brothers find a spell that can reveal the entire truth and finally tell them whether or not Chuck is still controlling them. But, as always, messing with fate has unexpected consequences: the spell backfires and Castiel is sent into a parallel universe. That's how Castiel meets Soldier Boy, a faithless and aggressive man with daddy issues and an ego the size of the moon. Soldier Boy is homophobic, rude and incredibly irritating. He's also the spitting image of Dean AND extremely horny.
Maybe Soldier Boy has a point... Castiel could use a little experience.OR
