A tightness built up in Fushiguro’s throat that he couldn’t swallow. He wasn’t good at this part. He could hear Itadori drifting further and further out of consciousness. “I said what I’ll do. Don’t make me say it twice.” A body clung onto his arm—Itadori wrapping him in warmth and affection.

“If you lie to me and say you’re okay, it will just piss me off. So please don’t.”
“Heh...it’s kinda amazing how you can read me like that, Fushiguro.” Itadori said. “You did it before, asking me about something that happened...something that didn’t concern you.” He leaned against Fushiguro’s shoulder blade. “I used to think I could hide behind my smile before I met you. The more we hang out, the more I think about how unfair it is!”
