You would think that her high up role in the Department of Care and Control of Magical Creatures would be enough. She’d said— screamed —as much at Kingsley, but he was firm in his choice, along with the Wizengamot. The wizarding world’s population had been slashed astronomically by the war and the breeding practices of purebloods for centuries. If there was any hope of the magical community surviving past three more generations, then they needed to start having babies, and they needed to start having them now.
It was barbaric, but it was their reality. Fuck, or face extinction.

“I’m not getting my bum tattooed,” Hermione deadpanned, then sighed. “Fine. I’ll think of something.”
“Think fast. We’ll do it first thing this weekend.” Ginny pushed to her feet, plucking up their empty glasses and walking them to the sink.

Draco's brain immediately went into overdrive as he tried to recall everything and anything that may have happened in the last 24 hours.
Nothing.
At least nothing that would lead to Hermione Granger sitting in his bedroom, wearing his shirt and whatever unmentionables underneath. Or better yet, no unmentionables.
Suddenly, he acutely realized that he sported no unmentionables himself.
“I…,” Draco struggled to form words, “I don't remember anything,” he admitted. “Why don’t I remember anything?”

After finally managing to sleep with the one witch he has been pining for, Draco wakes up only to realize he cannot remember any of it.
