Summary
It’s 5 years after the Battle of Hogwarts, and Hermione Granger has worked her way up the Ministry of Magic ranks after completing an additional 8th year of schooling. Her new promotion to the Archivist Division comes with a complicated assignment, one that will test her magic, her righteousness and mind, but most importantly, will warp her sense of love itself, forever.
Draco Malfoy has spent the last 5 years hiding in the shadows of alleyways, attempting to remain as under the radar as possible while completing his compulsory 7-year probation for his war crimes. In a last-ditch attempt to shorten his sentence, he is assigned a task involving potential dark artifacts. Unbeknownst to Draco, his partner in the division is someone he’s known for far too long.
Hermione and Draco must work to put aside schoolyard rivalries and wartime traumas to uncover what lies behind the walls of the Arcana Vault, but when they do, the artifact anchors itself to the brightest and strongest mind it can sense: Hermione's.
When dark magic latches itself onto the Brightest Witch of the age, and the only available help is an ex-Death-Eater, hate becomes reliance, and tolerance turns into admiration.Bookmarked by Jewelnb

Summary
What if Draco Malfoy found Hermione Granger
crying instead of Harry?Set during Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, this canon-divergent Dramione fic reimagines the night everything quietly shifts. When Hermione flees the Gryffindor common room after witnessing Ron Weasley kiss Lavender Brown, it isn’t Harry Potter who finds her broken and alone in the corridors of Hogwarts.
It’s Draco Malfoy.
Expecting cruelty, Hermione braces for mockery—but it never comes. Draco doesn’t sneer. He doesn’t say her name like an insult. He simply sits beside her in silence and lets her cry. In that unexpected stillness, years of hostility falter, and a single act of kindness alters the course of their sixth year.
As the war looms and secrets darken the halls of Hogwarts, that one night becomes something neither of them can forget. Draco, burdened by the Vanishing Cabinet and a fate closing in around him, finds himself drawn to the one person who saw him without fear. Hermione, shaken by betrayal and heartbreak, begins to question everything she thought she knew about him.
One changed encounter.
One choice to stay.
And a story that was never supposed to happen.Bookmarked by Jewelnb

Summary
“And you’re happy with him?”
She has to break eye contact at his question, looking down at her feet. His gaze is too perceptive and her resolve too shaky.
Hermione sighs, kicking gently at the gravel beneath their feet. “Happy enough.”

Summary
It's New Year's Eve and Draco Malfoy is missing.
Quite rude considering they're hosting a NYE party at the Manor. Hermione recalls how she'd spent all evening teasing him. The subtle brushes, coy glances, and sexy dress might have been a little too much for Hermione's underground crime boss of a boyfriend. Determined, she decides to take a break from being a gracious host to find him.
Only, Draco wasn't hiding. He was waiting.
There's a lesson to learn, Miss Granger.
And it's how to count.
