Her words were meant to soothe, but they didn't. Even if the moonflowers weren’t moving around the altar for a fourth time, he would have known from her scent that the old wolf was worried. Summary
Taehyung and Jung Kook meet as toddlers, as is usual for any two toddlers whose mothers are best friends. The two seem to get along splendidly: oddball Taehyung loves having a willing playmate, shy and quiet Jung Kook loves getting dragged into all of Taehyung's adventures.
Life separates the families, though, and Taehyung and Jung Kook grow up as near strangers, until they meet again as young adults and are, begrudgingly, reminded of how well their dynamics worked. But can they actually make it from friends to strangers to lovers to family?
There's also a creaky rocking chair in the background of their lives. It's more important than it seems. One could even suggest that it's determining their entire lives.

This is a Taekook fluffy family fic, with a dose of them being made for each other but not wanting to admit it. They need the help of a magical chair to discover what love truly is. Turns out it's the two of them. And all of their lovely, wonderful friends and family members. Life wouldn't be whole without them.

Summary

It's a place where you gain knowledge, gain and loose friends, make memories and perhaps get your heart broken too. Jungkook wants to experience all of it except for the last one but fate just decided to give him the last one.
What happens when he falls for his straight best friend who also happens to be his roommate? Is heartbreak written in his fate or something even worse?
