Damian just wants to find his soulmate to figure out if they are an ally or a threat after the number jumped from a relatively low number to a high one. (He's not worried okay?)
Marinette doesn't technically exist anymore, and Ladybug is just trying to figure out how to exist without breaking down... (What do you mean they're the same person? They obviously are not, especially not when one of them isn't real anymore.)
