She got that impatient look in her eyes, like he wasn’t keeping up, yep followed by an eye roll and flattened lips. Before she finally huffed.
She reached out, one hand landing on his elbow, the other against his ribs and slowly tugged his body closer to hers.
His body lit up, understanding faster than what his brain was still putting together. His hands found purchase on her waist and his heart rate doubled. He was staring into her eyes and she was nodding her head.
