It's a rainy afternoon in San Francisco, 8-year-old Sebastian and Blaine watching a Broadway recording of "The Little Mermaid" when Blaine asks a question that leaves Sebastian completely dumb-folded at first and then angry - because someone has apparently been mean to his Blaine and may the Lord have mercy upon that boy's soul, he's gonna pay for this.
