I love this fic. I thought I lost it because I read it offline the first time but I found it again and it's as good as I remember. The lesson here was to that if given the opportunity you must allow yourself to love and be loved.
It is truly an experience.
Remember to always do demon sacrifices with proper research...
Did the demon ever leave steve or do they just share a body know? -

Harrington trails off. His eyes go from Eddie to Davy, standing on the opposite side of the room with his arms crossed over himself. Eddie watches him take in the flush on his cheeks, the spit on his lips. He watches a look of—something cross his face.
Then, just as fast, he watches it disappear.
(Or: Steve walks in on Eddie with a guy. And he can't stop thinking about it.)

Summary
Handyman (and aspiring rockstar) Eddie Munson is called to work on a yacht docked in Hawkins Harbor, aboard he meets two of the most insufferable people: Tammy Thompson and her fiance Steve Harrington. Gritting his teeth, Eddie completes the job, but the couple refuses to pay him.
However, when Steve falls overboard and loses his memory, Eddie sees an opportunity for repayment after all. He takes Steve home and introduces him to their chaotic house full of children.
(This is the Steddie Overboard au no one really asked for but I got possessed by the urge to write it. Also despite the title there is no upside down in this, I'm just not that clever when it comes to titles. But there is an "upside" to having Steve fall overboard and that's what gives us our plot haha)
