Summary
Henry didn’t plan to raise a son alone. But six years in, he’s gotten good at surviving—early mornings, late shifts, scraped budgets and stegosaurus pajamas. His world is tight, small, safe. Exhausting.
When money runs short, the last thing he wants is a stranger in the apartment. But the spare room needs renting, and Hans—the too-charming, too-careful grad student who answers the ad—fits far too easily into the cracks of their life.
Sam likes him. That’s the problem.
Because Henry doesn’t trust easily. Not with his home. Not with his heart. And definitely not with the one person who still thinks the world is good.

Summary
“Are you yanking my noble pizzle? I am a Lord, I do not share.”
Hans’s voice rang out louder than he had meant to, disbelief and outrage seeping through. The man before him regarded him with tired eyes. Clearly, he had known this was coming and did not have the energy or patience to deal with it. Zizka leaned back in his chair before answering.
“We’re all nobles here, Sir Hans. It doesn’t change the reality that we are besieged and there are more of us trapped in here than there are beds available. Even Pisek is sharing a bed and you’ll be no exception.”
___
Or there was only one bed throughout the whole schudol siege because I love cliché tropes and had a vivid dream and now here we are.
