Summary
Dr. Strange looks at the world after Thanos and, faced with its seemingly irreparable brokenness, breaks his own oath. Tony, Stephen, and Loki go back in time for one more chance - an intentional choice, because they are each other's insurance against repeating the same mistakes. Tony wakes up shortly before the Stark Expo with the reactor's palladium core still poisoning him. Stephen wakes up with undamaged hands and a flourishing medical career. Loki wakes up in Asgard one day before Thor's coronation.

[ Yet another take on that time travel fic with lots of worldbuilding, hand-wavey comic book science, political intrigue, inventing, nerding out, and a broken Tony trying to fix a broken world - but this time he's not alone. ]

Summary
7 February, 1939: Winston Churchill secretly initiated the Spectre Project with the intention of finding a way to stop Germany’s continued expansion. Under the leadership of the Council, the Spectres were created. They were sent out in search of “beacons,” secret caches of containing notes and schematics for a weapon to counter the enemy in the inevitable coming war.
1 September, 1939: Not content with the concessions gained at Munich, Hitler's armies invaded Poland. Two days later, Europe was at war. The Second World War had begun; a war in name only.
April/May, 1940: German armies invaded Scandinavia, the Low Countries, and France. The real war had begun.
10 May, 1940: Winston Churchill assumed the role of Prime Minister. Within hours of taking office, the number of Spectres doubled and every agent was sent out after the Prothean beacons; a last, desperate attempt to find a “miracle” to aid Britain in its most desperate hour.
