Summary
To keep a closer eye on Mulder and Scully, Kersh assigns Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Dean Quinn to oversee their operations. With an extensive background as a behavioral analyst, Quinn possesses a remarkable ability to decipher human behavior, enabling him to anticipate and manipulate others. Mulder's instinctive distrust towards Quinn is immediate, convinced that his presence is intended to undermine their work. Scully, however, holds a contrasting perspective, finding herself drawn to Quinn's enigmatic persona.
