Summary
George Weasley is 598 days older than his twin brother when Hermione Granger devoured magic itself. When she manipulated Sorcery, cheated Death, and bled Time, George regained his soul. But the cost of her bewitchment-- her gift to George himself-- was too high of a price. George will stop at nothing to make it right. Awful things happen to wizards who meddle with Time. But war-torn George is not afraid; he will devastate anything that tries to stop him.

Summary
“Will I see you around, Madeline?” Wally calls after her.
“I don’t know, maybe?” She whirls back around to stop the door from fully closing. “It’s actually Madison, if you care.” She doesn’t know why he would, but she wants him to know her correct full name. For some reason.
He grins, as if they’re both in on a joke. “Right, Madison. And I’m Jeff, short for Jefferson.”
She squints. “Huh?”
Wally backpedals, flustered. “Sorry, I thought you were joking around, ‘cause Madison is like, a last name.”
This is really throwing her for one final loop. “Well… it’s my first name.”
“Oh. Rad. Respect. Never heard of that before.”

Summary
She glances up from writing the author’s purpose in Ode to a Nightingale to see that Wally isn’t circling the examples of auditory, visual, and tactile imagery in the poem like she'd told him to.
He is staring at her.
“What?” she asks.
“Are you coming to the game tonight?”
She raises her eyebrows. But he doesn’t bat an eye, waiting on her expectantly, like he really doesn’t know what her answer will be. She huffs. “Football isn’t really my thing,” she says.
“You don’t want to support me on the field?” he asks, with big, puppy dog eyes.
“I think you get plenty of support on the field.”

Summary
“I read once that when Guillermo del Toro was a kid, he saw The Creature from the Black Lagoon, and he wanted the Gill-man and Kay to be together.”
He frowns. “I’ve never . . .”
“They don’t end up together. Gill-man and Kay. They’re not supposed to. So, Guillermo del Toro, when he grew up, he wrote a movie of his own, The Shape of Water, and in his movie, his version of Gill-man and his version of Kay, they live happily ever after.”
“Maddie.”
“I’m not just gonna walk away,” she says.
post-season 2. Maddie isn't ready to move on.

Summary
Hermione Granger and George Weasley fell in love during her fifth year at Hogwarts. They were strong, unbreakable— until George lost his ear and Hermione couldn’t handle the idea of losing him. Pushing him away in order to keep him safe, breaking his heart to keep him alive.
But now the war was over and George was broken in a way she never could have anticipated. Because Fred wasn't just his twin, the bond they shared was soul-deep, an entire half of him missing.
So when George begs Hermione to help him bring Fred back, there was never really any question as to whether she would agree. Only... it isn't as simple as finding the resurrection stone.
You can't bring someone back from the dead without a price.
