“I see you and Tomioka-san are getting along,” Shinobu said.
“I'm doing what I have to do," Sanemi responded. "The little brat wouldn't take Gyoumei and you stranded me with him.”
“There's no point in pretending you don't like this, Sanemi,” Shinobu laughed. “Tomioka-san isn't embarrassed.”
“Tomioka is never embarrassed,” he retorted. “I'm not sure the rest of us should be living to his standard.” He held a bottle to Giyuu's mouth and Giyuu turned his head away. He blew a raspberry in Sanemi's chest and clung harder. “Not hungry?” Sanemi asked.
“Upset, more like it,” Shinobu responded. “He may be regressed, but he can still hear.”
Sanemi's face burned. “Tomioka knows I don't like him,” he said stubbornly.
“And Tomioka may be alright with that, but Little Giyuu seems to feel differently.”
“Like ‘Nemi,” Giyuu said mulishly. The tips of his ears were red, but Sanemi could feel his eyes locked defiantly on Sanemi's face anyway. Giyuu tugged on Sanemi's haori and asked, “ ‘Nemi like Giyuu too?”

Summary
