Sebastian has a job to do: he is to infiltrate the Human Realm and find out the source of their magic. The easiest way to get access to the Human Realm is by arranging a marriage and then seducing the human pitiful enough to be bound to him.
However, on his wedding night Sebastian finds himself collared by a child with magic burning in his eye and contempt written across his face. In Ciel’s arms lies a small, writhing lump of flesh. Red, with barely visible eyes, with a big mouth and a big nose, and helpless. It was recently washed of blood, brought it in, and was laid on Ciel’s chest.
A boy, twenty inches, almost eight pounds. A babyboy.
Ciel rocks their child, holding his head and back tightly, and Sebastian hears him whisper, “Hello, sweetheart…”

Summary
Ciel, 16 years old, has presented as an Omega, against all believes and hopes that he would turn out as an Alpha, like every Noblemen and every Phantomhive before him. So he takes surpressants excessively to hide his true nature. But of course that can't work out long-term. So at some point, the surpressants start to wear off and his true Omega nature is shining through, much to Sebastians discomfort. The Alpha has a hard time controlling himself the more Ciels Omega is presenting, not letting himself be hidden away any longer. And on top of all that trouble, Ciel and Sebastian are discovering slowly that they may have feelings for each other, but both knowing they shouldn't and try to ignore them. However, when Ciels get kidnapped by a mysterious man, Sebastian can't hide his feelings any longer.
