Commander Tartar manages to transmit its data into a copy body shortly before its defeat at the hands of the NSS. Stripped of resources, it bids its time to enact revenge against the inferior lifeforms populating the Earth.
One day, it finds a capsule containing the Ultimate Lifeform, the last hope of the personeel living in a space station long ago. Its name is Shadow. Shadow the Octopus. A resource Tartar plans to use to its fullest in its latest scheme.
