Hypanema: n. an egg that is not viable and will not hatch.
Kon-El ends up in another universe. One where Jason Todd never died, so Timothy Drake never became Robin, and Cadmus never figured out how to make a viable copy of Superman, so he was never cloned, which means Kon-El, aka Conner Kent, aka Super Boy, was never created.
Rated for violence and eventual smut in later chapters; mind the tags, I’ll add more as needed/as the story develops.

Luke stares at his sister, eyes blown wide, wondering if he’s misheard her. But she stares back with her “serious Senator” face, and Luke knows he's heard her perfectly.
“You don’t have to agree, but out of the eligible bachelors tied to the New Republic, the suitor’s advisors found you to be the most suitable,” Leia explains.
For some reason, Luke’s mind refuses to process this information. He plops himself into a cushy white chair in Leia’s office.
“I mean, it sounds like the decision’s already been made, hasn’t it?”

During an annual political summit, Luke Skywalker is chosen for a political marriage to a man he won’t meet until his wedding day. Soon afterwards, he meets a Mandalorian in the same predicament, and Luke is pulled to him like a moth to a flame.
Inevitably, what starts friendly quickly turns into more. And as Luke falls deeper and deeper into a doomed love affair, he must decide for himself what duty—and love—mean to him.

The first comm message comes while Din's sitting in the hotel room, trying to get the kid to settle down after eating lunch so he can have an hour to work on cleaning his armor properly. He doesn't recognize the number, but Bo-Katan had said her contact would be in touch, though this is earlier than expected. By the time he's finished reading it, Bo-Katan is messaging him as well, a quick string of short messages that come in one after another.
Bo-Katan says, "Call me first," and "Call me now," and "This is extremely important," and "I pulled a lot of strings for this and you cannot afford to blow this off," and "Djarin, if you even think of trying to escape, I will track you down and stab you at least five times, I karking well mean it."
