Summary
Penelope "Penny" Stark was born on August 10th, 2001. Her mother was Mary Parker, nee Fitzpatrick, and her biological father was genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark; however, she was briefly raised by step-father, Richard Parker. Penny didn't get to spend much time with her mother and step-father due to their untimely death when she was two. Penny was supposed to go live with her father, but Tony didn't need much convincing when Penny's aunt and uncle, May and Ben, asked that she live with them. Penny was able to live a happy life with her aunt and uncle, but it was short-lived. Ben died in a robbery when Penny was six, and May found herself unable to care for the young Penny Stark. With no other options, Penny was sent to live with her father, Tony Stark.

“Later babe, later.” Harry said, no ounce of regret.
Tony spluttered and Peter whacked him across the chest, hissing “HARRY!”

As a result, he picks up on all kinds of things about Peter. Every once in a while he's share one of those little tidbits of information with Tony. Although it seems to stress him out more than it helps him.
