Summary
As the war against the Evanuris raged on, the Wolf’s rebellion faced enemies beside the faithful. Soldiers fighting for warlords trying to care out a kingdom from the chaos, simple villagers believing that all would be well if only one side falls, the disillusioned who left either side and fighting not for peace but for the death that at some point became a promise they wanted to see fulfilled rather than to live with the unresolved fear.
And sometimes, as it was now, spirits who found themselves scared, uncertain and twisted.

"Well, everything looks good Lady Carmichael," Clira says with her best "I Am A Normal Doctor" voice. It is not very good. "Your lungs are strong, your blood healthy, no pains, no tremors, you are in very good health." Because she cannot stop herself she adds: "for your age."
Lady Carmichael's stiff smile falls for a second before returning as if nothing happened.
"Why thank you, dear." The corner of her mouth is pulled upwards, but her eyes are those of a hunter as far as Clira can see. She's not entirely surprised. Carmichael is Gortash's latest... project. And by Father's Balls does it make the old hen preen like a peacock. "I was so thrilled to be able to get an appointment with you. Dear Enver speaks so highly of you, darling."

Summary
Gortash lounges on a plush armchair, his arms casually slung over the armrests and his legs propped up on a footstool. He's wearing his silk robe over pajama pants, a glass of whiskey older and richer than his parents in his right hand. His head lies back, face towards the ceiling as he's got his eyes closed. He is a king in his castle, comfortable and secure.
He never thought he would want for anything more than this. So the fact that something in his blackened heart yearns has caught him off-guard.

Hubert licked his lips, just the slightest movement of pink tongue sliding over his bottom lip. “That is a compelling argument,” he said, voice very low. “Ferdinand von Aegir, entirely at my disposal.”
“For a month,” repeated Ferdinand, because it was better than moaning aloud at the thought of what being at Hubert’s disposal meant.
“A month, of course.” Hubert looked down at the way his hands were tight on the desk. Ferdinand watched as he very consciously relaxed his grip. “Very well.”
Hubert and Ferdinand come to an agreement.

Summary
Hubert is instructed by Lady Edelgard to relax ahead of his upcoming mission in the Empire to start the first steps of her plan. He chooses to hide in the sauna to avoid his fellow Black Eagles, but the one he actively despises finds him there. Irritated at Ferdinand von Aegir's presence, they argue passionately until it devolves into something else.
AKA: I wrote some self indulgent Sauna hate smut.
