Summary
Over 200 years have passed since earth was bathed in radioactive hellfire, yet humanity still fights on.
But the apocalypse that followed the Great War... is long over.
The west has been slowly rebuilding for decades under the banner of the NCR, a government attempting to bring back old-world values of democracy and the rule of law, their country now spanning all of California. But now, the eyes of the NCR gaze into the desert of Nevada, and more importantly, New Vegas.
Across the Colorado River, Caesar’s Legion looks upon Vegas too Their eyes look out at the Mojave as well, but for far more sinister reasons.
And at the center of it all, lies Mr. House. A man who desires that both factions be pushed back, and leave New Vegas, and all of Nevada, his to rule.
All three of these factions are all on a collision course with each other, leaving the average wastelander to suffer as war looms on the horizon.
And at the center of it all is a man brought from another world, whose actions can be either the saving grace of the Mojave, or its complete and utter destruction.

If you’ve ever read some sort of isekei book or reincarnation fanfic, most of the time the main character wakes up in a white void and meet a god that apologizes for accidentally killing them or something and reincarnates the main character in a magical new world with some sort of cheat skill and then they gain a bunch of cute girl sidekicks or some such bullshit.
If that’s whats supposed to happen, I got cheated out of a real good advantage in my new life and I would like a refund on reincarnation.

Summary
What happens when the one who only seen failures repeatedly gets another chance at life to win. A human from earth gets transmigrated into the Shimura Clan with a Gacha System. As expected, it won't be as easy when you got Akatsuki, Danzo, Madara and Black Zetsu but to him they were insignificant unless they come in between his goals to rise above life and live in peace.
