Summary
Okay, so for context: Two weeks ago, after that bizarre makeout session he’d had with Soobin, they hadn’t done anything. They hadn’t talked or even alluded to it. It’s brushed off so fast and so entirely that Beomgyu’s had to wonder if he’d imagined the whole thing.
But last week, when he’d had his scheduled bedding for his rut, and he’d spent the night with that omega he legally can’t know the name of, he’d offhandedly found himself wishing the other person had been Soobin. It freaked the fuck out of him.
There's a huge difference between randomly having a silly thought because your friend—who you spend almost every waking hour with, by the way—is objectively hot, caring and available, and genuinely thinking—as an alpha, in the middle of your rut, having sex with an omega, surrounded by their intoxicating pheromones—you’d prefer your other alpha friend instead.
That’s basically saying he finds Soobin more appealing than an omega in heat!!!!!
Or,
Soobin kisses Beomgyu, and suddenly, nothing makes sense anymore.
