Summary
Among the very few things Megumi’s still aware of when he sees Itadori for the first time is how weak his own knees get. Oh hello, he thinks, almost cattily, at the boy who is a sonic boom over a peachy dawn, and all his other mental processes fail. And every time he sees Itadori Yuuji after that, he forgets his techniques, forgets that curses are very real and can kill him, both of them, forgets how to do anything.
So that’s how Itadori ends up swallowing Sukuna’s finger. Because Megumi is too gay to stop him.
Or, Megumi has a crush. But it turns out that it's not as simple as he thinks.

“You’re always so serious.” Yuuji cranes his neck around to grin at Megumi, but it only looks like a wince. “You don’t need to feel obligated to listen to my problems.” He expects Megumi to argue with him, to tell him that he’s being ridiculous. Instead, he watches a smile spread across the other boy’s face.
“Then I’ll do it because I want to.” Yuuji’s lip trembles, and Megumi pulls him back into his arms.

Summary
Fushiguro knows he’s not the easiest person to befriend- it takes a while for him to warm up to people, to share things about himself, or to talk about the shitshow that is his family, but Itadori does not seem to give a single, flying fuck. He walks into Fushiguro’s life with the strength and ease of someone that just believes they belong.
And Fushiguro lets him, because he is, as Kugisaki very accurately put it, a complete and utter homosexual disaster.
