I love the rage, the dulled and heightened emotion, the blurred state of mind and the clarity of instinct and wildness in this story.
Stop my heart and rip it out levels of excellence. I also highly recommend the stories inspired by/part of this series.

This is the story that set the bar for all robotic/android/otherwise mechanical characters development and growing awareness of life for me. I've seen published, well-known authors struggle to create such a relatable character with the length of an entire novel and this work does it in about 4K words.
