Summary
The one time the HPSC lets Hawks roam free for his birthday, he comes back infatuated with the rebellious, eldest Todoroki child. After failure of beating these emotions out of him, an opportunity arises in the form of Endeavor. Hes went too far with his 'training' and UA will become suspicious if he spends another week in the Hospital for the third time this year. They work out a plan to instead discredit Todoroki Touya in such a way to ostracize from Hero society while gaining Endeavor pity from the public and allowing the HPSC to swoop in like his saviors and gaining another tool to control Hawks.
This plan is put on hold when Hawks hears all of this and decides to leave and protect his precious without the Commission's help. Leaving a bloody trail behind him. He doesn't expect them to start going through with their ridiculous plan anyway, but, luckily, Touya doesn't care much for his name.

Enji has decided to find new uses for his firstborn. One of which involves the Space Commission’s new pet, a space hunter, the henchmen of what believers would call the Creator.
