Summary
After a few weeks of concerning distance from Velimir, Drifter Midna shows up with a gift. Freshly plucked from a Scaldra Cache she hopes it'll cheer him up. When she learns what's been bugging him she offers him the chance to get away from it all in the backrooms. There things take a favorable turn for the pair.
No physical descriptions of the Drifter outside of female biology and athletic physique. I might change that in later fics, idk yet.

The footsteps moved from the doorway closer to the counter, and Drifter heard how a bottle of liquor opened with a pop. She wanted to turn her head around to see if Velimir had noticed her, yet she couldn't, which made her both anxious and weirdly excited.
"You lost Drifter somewhere?" Velimir asked before taking a sip, most likely straight from the bottle. "Seemed like you had other plans than just drinking tonight when I saw you two earlier."
"She's… occupied," Arthur said while quickly glancing down. "Are you sad she's not joining us?"
