Summary
A random encounter just after the UA entrance exams brings Hitoshi and Izuku together as second chance soulmates. Both of their orignal soulmates rejected them. Izuku's rejection led to a coma, but also leads to a realization: he is a false negative. When he awakes from the coma he also has a shadow quirk, much like his future best friend Tokoyami. Only instead of a crow, Izuku's is a fox, named Vesper.
Will the boys get into UA? Will their bond grow or will both their broken hearts blind them from the future?

Summary
When Inko Midoriya first met Enji Todoroki she was enthralled. The man who she then knew as Hisashi was funny and kind. It wasn’t often that she came across kind men at her job as a hostess at the high end gentleman club. Most business men simply barked instructions and went on their way. But not Hisashi whose kind words had her falling before she knew it.
Soon conversations during her lunch break turned into dinner during her days off where she explained that she was only working at the club to pay for nursing school. It didn’t take much for him to convince her to quit her job at the club and study fulltime while he paid for everything. Inko was overjoyed, it didn’t matter that Hisashi brushed off any conversation about marriage and worked long hours that required him to be away for long periods of time.
Soon her fairy tale life turned into a nightmare when she found out she was pregnant the last year of nursing school. As she seeks to understand why the love of her life refused to commit to her, the web of lies that Hisashi wove slowly fell apart revealing the sickening truth. Hisashi was never real and her baby boy was nothing more than a stain on the spotless public record of the number two hero Endeavor.
