While it’s not the ideal date, September 7th will work for what Shouta has in mind. He just has to complete the tasks on the list he’s made to make sure everything goes according to plan.

Black and Blue. Shouta and Oboro. The night and the morning. But the morning is dead and the night lives on.
Oboro was gone, never to be seen again. His memory would live on in the people who loved him. He would be dead longer than he’d been alive. He’d never get to graduate and become a hero. He’d never get married and have a child. He’ll never grow old, never get to watch as his siblings grow into adults. To have families of their own, to have children.
Oboro followed Shouta. Watched as he got treated. Watched as he threw himself into training nonstop. Watched as Hizashi and Nemuri tried to help him. Watched as Shouta pulled himself together. Watched as he graduated and became an underground hero. Watched all his fights, all the people he saved. All the people he didn’t. He watched as Shouta went back to school and got a degree in education. Watched as he became a teacher at UA.

It was certainly not the first time Doctor Brenner — Papa — abused him. Doesn't make the damage any less severe than the previous time it happened though.
Henry was trying to survive at the Lab. Sometimes he started to wonder if death might be better than life as a wounded prisoner. Not that he had a choice, anyway.
