Summary
Kaeya, a boy from Khaenri'ah, sent to Mondstadt with a mission to be a spy. All he's left with are the words "This is where you must stay. You are our only hope. Forgive me, Kaeya." The first person he meets is Crepus, a kind man who invites him with warm open arms into his home along with his son Diluc. Kaeya's journey through Mondstadt from being a young child who has no home anymore. to a young adult who's part of the Knights of Favonious.

Summary
Diluc comes back to Monstadt from Snezhnaya, meeting Kaeya again after 4 years. They both feel regret. Regret about each other, but both of them are too stubborn. Maybe one day they'll reconcile, but for now, all they can say when they talk to each other are spiteful words, mocking and berating, even though that's not how they really feel.
