He’s right, unfortunately. Kusuo is out of options, and he’s quickly running out of time. It’s just… it’s such a stupid plan.
or: Saiki, lacking other options, takes Kusuke's advice. War crimes are committed by multiple parties. In the end, it works out- kind of. Maybe. Possibly, if "working out" is defined with a very slim, specific definiton.

What a pain.
Evidently, someone found him on the bottom of the ocean and assumed he was dead. He’s a little surprised that he slept through the ensuing commotion. He’s always been a fairly light sleeper.
