    Gibbs has been gone for months, and Tony's been doing his best to keep everything together, despite Jenny's undercover OP, despite the team's behavior, despite his own exhaustion. The last thing he expects is to encounter a poor, sickly spirit animal and, while doing the right thing and taking care of her, come across his Sentinel.

    The situation is far too complicated for him to just jump into his Sentinel's arms and run away into the sunset and that complication is mutual.
