“I bet I could do it!” came the bold, cocky statement from across the table, her arms folded and resting against the tabletop in front of her, leaning slightly forward with her head cocked and chin up, her eyes looking at him in challenge.
Heisenberg looked at [Y/N]; she was being serious, he realized. He lowered his hand and placed the glass that had been halfway raised to his mouth, down on the table. He then leaned forwards, mirroring her position, his forearms on the table, took a deep breath through his nose and looked her straight in the eye.
“I bet you can’t!”
