“I don’t know,” he answered. The only answer he could give. He hoped to gods that they would be able to find Tallulah’s dad, that they would be reunited, but as the days passed, it felt more and more hopeless.
No one he’d asked as of yet knew anything about Tallulah’s father. They knew his name was Oscar, that he spoke Spanish, and that he’d disappeared sometime before they’d arrived on the island.
"Need him sing," she signed.
