Summary
Very OC based, and kind of Aligned Continuity Family-reliant (Prime, Robots in Disguise and Rescue Bots), as in the three series are meshed together, with all of the conflicting characters becoming a part of the same plot.
It’s also very gay (as Transformers naturally is) and shippy and romantically sad. There’s like two token straights, and only like three token straight-ships.

Summary
Once upon a time, the people of Cybertron took the stars to look for supplies, energy sources and allies as they fought a civil war. On an organic world far from their home, they found a welcome and friends who reminded them that there was more to life than eternal combat. That those friends were Pokemon doesn't matter a bit.
