Summary
Kris and Susie have fulfilled the prophecy and now they get to go home. However, they refuse to without their best friend and ally, Ralsei. Despite circumstances, the powers that be allow the two their freedom, as well as their friend's.
Freedom comes at a price, though, and Ralsei still hasn't gotten over everything that happened. Being thrown into the Light World with no warning certainly doesn't help. With only Kris and Susie by his side to help him, how will everyone handle the sudden change in Hometown?
This fiction is heavily based and inspired by tumblr artist Serufu (@sseerruuffuu), so please make sure to check out his stuff! He's the mastermind behind the 'traumatized Light World Ralsei; I'm just the guy writing about it because I love the idea so much.

Again. And Again.
Kris is suffering from the constant defeat being handed to them and their friend by The Angel's Heaven. So imagine their surprise when The Knight steals them all away into the Void as a last ditch effort.
And drops Kris into the Underground alone. Well, not exactly alone. They do have some kids (one human, the others ghostly) to guide through a new world where every monster they once knew is trying to take their souls to break a barrier holding them beneath the mountain, all so they can wage war against the humans above.

About two hours after Kris is made to make Noelle kill Berdly they lock their SOUL in a box and throw it in the river.
It’s a fool-proof plan. Their SOUL has become the vehicle by which some great otherworldly force steals their body. No SOUL, no puppeting— they’ve already proven that. So fuck all the plans that Carol has about opening Dark Worlds, and fuck all the plans that the thing living in their SOUL has about making them hurt people. Berdly’s in a goddamn coma, and Noelle was made to put him there, and it’s only going to get worse. Kris is done. They’ve got their own plan. It’s a great plan. They send Susie home early, and then they drag out their SOUL, and they stuff it in a tin, and then they throw it in the goddamn river.
