Summary
Steve Harrington, a recent high school graduate who didn't get into college, is now being forced by his father to work in the brand-new Starcourt Mall, at Scoops Ahoy, an ice cream parlor.
Steve was a bit of a charmer in high school, and he isn't going to let a recent breakup or this unflattering job stop him from getting a date. Only problem is, none of the girls he asks says yes.
